Overview
A national engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex, high-impact development projects spanning commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal sectors. This role combines technical leadership with client and team management, offering the opportunity to shape structural solutions on projects of national significance.
What you'll do
- Lead design and analysis for steel, concrete, and masonry structures in commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal projects, both new and existing
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and client communications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams nationwide
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering and design staff
- Participate in project planning and business development activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- PE license
- 8–12 years of professional experience in land development
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Preferred qualifications
- Specification preparation experience a plus
