As part of this growth, they are seeking CNC Machine Operators at various skill levels to support increasing production demands, with clear paths for career development and advancement.
What you'll do
- Operate CNC lathes, mills and related machining equipment
- Read blueprints, work instructions and job travelers
- Monitor machining operations and identify potential issues
- Use measuring and inspection tools to verify part quality
- Make machine or tooling adjustments appropriate to your experience level
- Collaborate with team members to uphold safety, quality and production standards
Required qualifications
- CNC or related manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions and job travelers
- Ability to use measuring and inspection tools
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with setup, tooling, and offsets
- Inspection experience
- Programming experience
- Experience with automated machining
- Multi-spindle machining experience
