What you'll do
- Operate CNC lathes, mills and related machining equipment
- Read blueprints, work instructions and job travelers
- Monitor machining operations and recognize problems
- Use measuring and inspection tools to verify quality
- Make machine or tooling adjustments appropriate to your experience level
- Work with others to maintain safety, quality and production standards
Required qualifications
- CNC or related manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions and job travelers
- Ability to use measuring and inspection tools
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with setup, tooling and offsets
- Experience with inspection processes
- Experience with programming
- Experience with automated machining
- Experience with multi-spindle or other advanced machining processes
