What you'll do
- Structure and negotiate agreements for collaborative development and investment arrangements
- Advise clients on residential, mixed-use, and community development projects involving multiple funding sources
- Guide clients through incentive-based financing and public-private funding opportunities
- Deliver practical, business-focused legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory standards
What you'll need
- Juris Doctor from a highly regarded law school (Top 30)
- Active license to practice law in California
- Minimum of five years of experience advising clients on collaborative development and investment arrangements
- Experience with residential, mixed-use, and community development projects involving multiple funding sources
- Experience with incentive-based financing and public-private funding opportunities
