Overview
A market-leading finance law practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to work on high-value transactions for lenders, borrowers, and investors. This role offers exposure to a full spectrum of commercial and real estate finance deals, with strong mentorship and partnership potential.
What you'll do
- Lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing
- Draft and negotiate loan and security documents
- Advise on UCC Articles and/or real estate secured lending matters
- Work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions
Required qualifications
- J.D. from a respected law school
- Active California Bar membership
- 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, real estate finance, or both
- Strong document drafting and transaction management skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred
