Overview
A hands-on production and fulfillment company is seeking a Production & Fulfillment Associate to help keep production, fulfillment, and inventory operations running smoothly. This role suits someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, solving practical problems, and contributing to a team, with responsibilities that shift between assembly, shipping, inventory organization, and material preparation depending on the day.
What you'll do
- Assemble and package products according to quality standards
- Help ensure customer orders are packed accurately and shipped on time
- Prepare materials and restock warehouse to keep production moving efficiently
- Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and supplies
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized inventory areas
- Keep workspaces clean, safe, and efficient
- Learn multiple areas of the operation, including production, fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse support
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and workflow
- Work as part of a team that values accountability, reliability, and craftsmanship
Required qualifications
- Ability to stand, move, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is helpful but not required
