Overview
A patient-focused rehabilitation provider is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. This role is central to ensuring excellent patient outcomes through hands-on evaluation, treatment planning, and team leadership.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity
- Supervise and coach assistants and aides to ensure quality care delivery
- Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations
Required qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Current state licensure
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
- Ability to remain active, including standing/walking, throughout the shift
