Overview
A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead its Care Management department. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibility, overseeing discharge planning and utilization review functions to help the organization deliver strong patient care outcomes.
What you'll do
- Provide Associate Director level supervision to the Care Management Department
- Oversee discharge planning and utilization review activities
- Guide the department toward achieving strong patient care outcomes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in discharge planning and utilization review
- Must be CCM & PRI certified
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
Compensation and benefits
