Overview
A home care organization is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee patient care and clinical staff in Valhalla, NY. This on-site role involves direct oversight of home care services for patients and their families.
What you'll do
- Complete initial comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients and families to determine the services needed
- Coordinate services among the patient, family, and care team
- Provide ongoing supervision of all professional and para-professional staff assigned to patients
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients and families to ensure satisfaction and optimal outcomes
What you'll need
- Registered Nurse (RN) license NYS
- BSN required
- 3 + years of clinical experience
- Home care experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Compassion and integrity
