A skilled nursing facility focused on quality care and customer service is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team. The organization emphasizes treating patients in place whenever possible to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, making this a vital role in delivering timely, effective care.
What you'll do
- Ensure delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner
- Perform therapeutic procedures including administering injections and immunizations, suturing, and managing wounds and infections
- Instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens and providing normal growth and development information
- Support the facility's mission to treat patients in place and minimize unnecessary hospitalizations
Required qualifications
- CT nursing license or PA license
Preferred qualifications
- Prior SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred but not required
Compensation and benefits
- Salary of $120,000 to $150,000
- RVU bonus plan
- Full benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision
- HSA/FSA
- 4 weeks PTO
- $1500 CME allowance and 1 week for CME
- Malpractice coverage
- 401k
