Overview
A well-established and expanding healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana is seeking a full-time Neurologist to join its growing team in Hobart, IN. This role offers the opportunity to build a practice within a technology-forward, multidisciplinary clinical environment that prioritizes physician well-being and sustainable work-life balance.
What you'll do
- Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and neuromuscular conditions
- Work within a unique structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to support accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Manage a dedicated patient panel with a focus on long-term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence-based care
- See approximately 12-25 clinic patients per day
- Participate in a 1:5 call rotation
What you'll need
- Board Certified or Board Eligible, with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe
- Possession of, or eligibility for, an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Experience with or aptitude for using EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
- Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license
Compensation and benefits
- Compensation range: $325,000 – $425,000 per year
- Full-time schedule, Monday – Friday, with a flexible schedule
