Location: Newnan, GA | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, day shift (7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday) | Compensation: Attractive hourly rate, with overtime paid at time and 1/2

Overview

A major, well-established manufacturer with a dominant share of its market is hiring a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician for its facility in the Newnan, GA area, southwest of Atlanta. This company is known for a strong working culture, and the role centers on keeping die cast production equipment running through hands-on work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and valves.

What you'll do

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment and site property
• Make mechanical and electrical adjustments and repairs to machines and equipment in a safe, efficient manner
• Troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild valves tied to hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems
• Troubleshoot electrical systems
• Repair equipment, fixtures, and systems as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of multi craft maintenance technician experience
• Hands-on valve experience involving hydraulics and pneumatics, including the ability to troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild valves
