Overview
A stable, rapidly growing HVAC mechanical company in the Philadelphia region is seeking a Service Manager to lead and expand its commercial HVAC service department. This is a Non-Union position offering the chance to build and grow a high-performing service team within an established and expanding organization.
What you'll do
- Oversee scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs
- Develop departmental budgets and meet revenue and gross margin targets
- Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs
- Conduct monthly financial performance analysis and report findings to management, taking corrective action as needed
- Manage assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles
- Build a high-performance culture through annual performance reviews and development initiatives
- Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians
Required qualifications
- Stable employment history and proven track record of success
Preferred qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department
