HVAC Service Manager – Commercial

Overview
A stable, rapidly growing HVAC mechanical company serving Central/Northern New Jersey is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead and expand its commercial service department. This is a non-union position with significant opportunity for growth as the company aggressively builds out its service operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs
- Develop a P&L budget and meet revenue and gross margin targets
- Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs
- Conduct monthly financial performance analysis, report findings to management, and take corrective action as needed
- Manage assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles
- Build a high-performance culture through annual performance reviews and development initiatives
- Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians (25 Technicians)
Required qualifications
- Stable employment history and a proven track record of success
Preferred qualifications
- Ideally 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department
