Overview
A home health services provider is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive referral growth across the Denver, Colorado market. This role is central to expanding the organization's presence with healthcare partners and building the trusted relationships that fuel patient referrals.
What you'll do
- Develop and strengthen referral relationships throughout the assigned Denver-area market
- Build connections with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, nurses, senior care providers, and other community and healthcare referral partners
- Grow home health referrals through consistent visibility, responsiveness, and follow-through with referral sources
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions and reinforce trust with referral partners
Required qualifications
- Current, proven home health sales experience
- Strong relationship-building skills and understanding of what drives home health growth: trust, responsiveness, follow-through, clinical coordination, and market visibility
Preferred qualifications
- 2+ years of current home health sales experience highly preferred
- Experience in hospice, post-acute care, senior care, hospital liaison work, physician relations, or healthcare account management may also be considered
