Location: Sacramento, CA | Schedule: Full-time, hybrid | Compensation: $75,000 plus bonus

Overview

A mission-driven healthcare organization serving the Sacramento area delivers life-extending care to vulnerable seniors, acting as both health plan and provider so participants can remain safely in their own homes instead of moving into skilled nursing facilities. The organization is hiring a Healthcare Sales Specialist to join its Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment team, serving as the driving force behind enrollment growth by building community relationships, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations
• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities throughout Sacramento-area communities
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently meet enrollment goals
• Provide education on program services to community referral sources

Required qualifications

• Complete DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
• At least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred
• Outside sales and marketing experience ideally preferred

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation of $75,000 plus bonus
