Location: Fresno, CA (covering San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno) | Schedule: Full-time, hybrid | Compensation: $75,000 plus bonus

Overview

A healthcare organization dedicated to helping vulnerable seniors safely age in place is seeking a Healthcare Sales Executive to join its Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. Acting as both health plan and care provider, this organization helps participants avoid skilled nursing facilities by remaining in their own homes. This role is key to driving enrollment growth by building community relationships and generating quality referrals.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities within local communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently meet enrollment goals
• Provide education to community referral sources regarding available services

Required qualifications

• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative required within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and marketing role
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred
• Outside sales and marketing experience ideally preferred

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation of $75,000 plus bonus
