Overview

A highly regarded Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join its integrated primary care team. What you'll do

• Provide direct outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with behavioral health and nursing teams in an integrated care model
• Use evidence-based protocols to manage acute and chronic conditions
• Foster long-term relationships with patients and support lifestyle changes
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities
• Document care using the electronic health record system

Required qualifications

• Active license in Kansas (or eligible)
• Commitment to providing care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation: $220k - $275k / year
