Location: Sidney, Ohio | Schedule: Full-Time, on-site, 7am-3:30pm | Compensation: $22.00–$27.00/hour based on experience
Overview
A well-established machine shop fabrication company supporting a variety of industries and clients is seeking a CNC Bender Operator / Fabricator to join its growing team. This role offers the chance to work in a clean, air-conditioned modern facility with updated equipment and strong training, contributing to high-quality production for a diverse client base.
What you'll do
- Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC tube bending machines
- Follow established quality procedures and complete documentation as needed
- Inspect finished parts using a variety of measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Provide job status updates and communicate production progress
- Troubleshoot issues and support problem-solving on the shop floor
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Required qualifications
- Experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending environments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills
- Experience with part layout and quality inspection techniques
- Comfortable using measuring tools and verifying part accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement
