Overview
A premiere mechanical contractor serving the greater Charlotte area is expanding its project management team to support high-profile, large-scale construction work. This Senior Project Manager role will oversee mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects for facilities such as hospitals, data centers, schools, labs, and large commercial and industrial buildings, with mechanical project values reaching up to $100M.
What you'll do
- Manage large-scale mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC construction projects from initiation through completion
- Oversee high-profile projects including hospitals, data centers, schools, labs, and large commercial and industrial facilities
- Coordinate project execution on mechanical work valued up to $100M
- Serve as a key member of an exclusive project management team
Required qualifications
- Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC construction
- Proven track record managing large-scale, high-profile construction projects
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
