Overview
A fast-growing manufacturing startup that is scaling its operations and preparing for full-scale commercialization is seeking a Maintenance/Project Engineer to help build out its maintenance and reliability capabilities. This role offers the chance to shape a young reliability program from the ground up while supporting both the current plant and future facility expansion.
What you'll do
- Perform day-to-day maintenance activities on existing plant equipment and processes
- Develop and implement a robust maintenance/reliability program for current and future facilities
- Walk the plant floor with vendors to scope repairs and maintenance needs
- Act as a general contractor on capital projects tied to plant expansion
- Support scaling of maintenance processes on an aggressive growth schedule
Required qualifications
- Experience with industrial maintenance and reliability engineering
- Experience managing or coordinating capital projects
- Ability to work with vendors to scope and oversee repairs
- Comfort working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, growing environment
