Location: Buckeye Lake, OH | Schedule: full time, on-site (day or night shift) | Compensation: $29.00-$48.00hr depending on degree/experience/type of position

What you'll do

• Plan, provide, and/or supervise the nursing care of patients in an efficient and caring manner
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders in a warm and friendly manner
• Take and record measurements or readings
• Assess patient condition and provide appropriate treatment and care
• Administer prescribed medications
• Coordinate care planning with other caregivers and departments
• Adhere to universal precautions and infection control policies
• Provide leadership while working collaboratively with other caregivers on the unit
• Participate in keeping the unit prepared for HFAP on an ongoing basis
• Assist with patient rounds
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Required qualifications

• BSN or ADN
• RN license in Ohio required
• Valid CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS), or ability to obtain within one year of employment

Compensation and benefits

• full time positions available with day shift (7am-7:30pm) or night shift (7pm–7:30am), working 36hrs week
• Hourly range of $29.00-$48.00hr depending on degree, experience, and position type
• Shift differentials of $3.50hr and $4.50hr
• Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, paid in three annual installments of $5000
