Overview
An established, financially stable medical device manufacturer is seeking a Medical Technologist to provide clinical applications support for its laboratory instrumentation throughout the greater Columbus, OH area. This role bridges laboratory science and customer support, helping ensure lab systems run smoothly for end users through in-person and online assistance.
What you'll do
- Provide operational and customer support, both in-person and online, for the company's lab instrumentation
- Support customers throughout the greater Columbus, OH area
- Perform overnight travel as needed to support customer sites
- Apply strong knowledge of QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, IQCP, and regulatory requirements in customer support activities
Required qualifications
- BS Medical Technology or related field
- MT (ASCP Certification)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Technologist
- Strong understanding of QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, IQCP, and regulatory requirements
- Must reside in the greater Columbus, OH area (no relocation assistance provided)
- Willingness to perform overnight travel as required
