Overview
A growing Critical Access Hospital in rural Eastern Oregon is seeking an innovative, energetic, and flexible Sleep Medicine / Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a supportive, close-knit clinical team. What you'll do
- Evaluate and manage patients presenting with a wide range of sleep disorders
- Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services
- Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients
- Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records
Required qualifications
- Current NP or PA licensure
- Board certification or board eligibility
- Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in sleep medicine or neurology
- 1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA with experience in Neurology preferred
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive base salary ($147K+)
- Quality incentives up to $15K
- $20K commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME time
