Overview

An established outpatient clinical care provider is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality treatment services. This role is central to patient recovery, involving hands-on evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and oversight of supporting clinical staff to ensure excellent outcomes.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality patient care
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations

Required qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
• Ability to remain active, including standing and walking, throughout the shift
