Overview
A prestigious large law firm is seeking a skilled mid-level Associate Attorney to join its highly-regarded Class Action Litigation Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated, complex disputes for local, national, and international clients across a broad range of industries, with substantial responsibility and meaningful client exposure in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do
- Represent clients in a broad range of consumer and wage and hour class action matters in State and Federal Courts
- Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high-stakes litigation
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Work directly with clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel
- Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
- Develop case strategies and collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes
Required qualifications
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing, or the ability to waive in, is required
- 4-6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation, either through a law firm or clerkship
- Litigation experience: excel in drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances for complex business disputes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
- Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications
- Consumer, product liability, and/or employment related class action experience is preferred
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary range of $250,000 – $305,000, commensurate with experience and market conditions
- Effective January 1, 2027, the annual salary range for this position will be $270,000 to $330,000
