Location: Woburn, MA | Schedule: Full-time, field-based with flexible territory

Overview

A family-owned commercial electrical contractor with decades of history serving eastern Massachusetts is growing its service department and adding a Service Project Manager. The company's service work is outpacing its current staffing, and this role will take ownership of projects ranging from tenant fit-outs to service upgrades across a variety of commercial, education, healthcare, and life science customers.

What you'll do

• Run service projects across eastern Massachusetts, including tenant fit-outs, service upgrades, panel swaps, repairs, and small installs
• Quote work for customers and prepare estimates
• Order materials needed for each job
• Schedule electricians and coordinate crews
• Serve as the direct point of contact with customers throughout each project
• Manage job closeout from start to finish
• Cover a flexible territory based on your location, generally within a couple hours of driving

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with an electrical contractor
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs and customers simultaneously

Preferred qualifications

• Commercial project experience strongly preferred
