Overview
A long-established steel manufacturer is seeking a Sales Rep to join a small, close-knit sales team. This role works alongside inside and outside salesmen and interacts across various areas of the manufacturing process, playing a key part in driving sales primarily across the East Coast and Midwest regions.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with inside and outside sales staff to manage and grow accounts
- Interact with different areas of the manufacturing process to support sales efforts
- Sell primarily across East Coast and Midwest territories
- Communicate effectively with senior management and clients
- Contribute as part of a small, collaborative sales team
Required qualifications
- Strong sales skills
- 3+ years of steel sales or related industry experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and clients
Compensation and benefits
- $65,000 - $75,000 base salary
- 10-15% bonus
- 17% 401K
