Overview
A home care provider serving the Palm Beach Gardens area is seeking a driven sales professional to expand its private pay client base. This role is key to building referral pipelines with local healthcare partners and growing the agency's presence throughout the community.
What you'll do
- Build and nurture referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, and RN case managers
- Cultivate connections with area rehab facilities and physician offices to generate steady referral flow
- Represent the agency at community outreach events and healthcare networking functions
- Partner closely with branch administrative and clinical teams to support strong patient and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 2+ years home care sales experience
- Proven network of referral relationships for home care patients
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities
- Hands-on experience using sales CRM software
Preferred qualifications
- Private pay preferred
