Overview
An established behavioral health provider is seeking a Psychiatrist Child/Adolescent to join its inpatient team, either as a Medical Director/Clinical Psychiatrist or as a staff psychiatrist. This role is central to delivering psychiatric care to a dedicated child and adolescent population in an inpatient setting.
What you'll do
- Manage a Child & Adolescent caseload of 16 per day in an In-Patient setting
- Handle new admissions, follow-ups, med checks, and discharges
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Provide supervision of APRNs
- For staff psychiatrist role, participate in call rotation of 1 weekend per month (no call requirement for Medical Director)
Required qualifications
- Board certification/qualification as a Psychiatrist Child/Adolescent
- Ability to work On-site, Full Time, Mon-Fri schedule
- W2 employment status
- NO VISA Candidates accepted
- 2027 Residents will not be accepted from firms
Compensation and benefits
- Compensation in line with MGMA
- Base salary plus production bonus potential
- Signing bonus negotiable
- Medical director stipend if applicable
