Overview

A global SaaS company is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth. Based in San Francisco, CA, this executive will set strategy, oversee operations and product direction, drive profitability, lead M&A initiatives, and build a high-performing leadership team.

What you'll do

• Own full P&L responsibility and drive overall business performance
• Lead strategy, operations, and product direction for a global SaaS organization
• Drive M&A activity, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration
• Lead enterprise growth strategies serving Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers
• Build and lead executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
• Oversee financial leadership including forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning
• Partner with the Board of Directors to drive shareholder value

What you'll need

• 20+ years of experience as a CEO, President, GM, or senior operating executive with full P&L ownership
• Proven success scaling a $15M–$30M+ global SaaS or enterprise software company
• Recent hands-on M&A experience, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration
• Strong enterprise software/SaaS background, ideally within MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation
• Experience serving Fortune 500/Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies
• Demonstrated success building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
• Strong financial leadership with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning
• Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
