Overview

An established manufacturing plant is seeking a Production Control Manager to oversee its production process. This role coordinates production schedules, manages inventory, and ensures that output consistently meets quality standards and deadlines.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs
• Enforce company policies, business plan, and budget targets
• Supervise and ensure training for Administrators and other staff as needed
• Ensure Associate Relations functions and responsibilities are carried out
• Ensure proper department workload balancing
• Oversee overall supply chain management, including forecasting, releasing methods, and accuracy to suppliers
• Manage overall supplier delivery performance
• Enforce PPC data maintenance within the database
• Ensure timely support of new model launches and build-out activity

Required qualifications

• 5 years prior relevant experience in the manufacturing industry working with an ERP system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to meet strict deadlines while concurrently managing multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and staff development skills

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
