Location: Charlotte, NC | Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, outpatient only with limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year | Compensation: Starts at $200K per year, increasing to $350K per year with a full patient panel

Overview

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is growing its team in Charlotte, NC and seeks a primary care physician to deliver relationship-based, outpatient care. This is an opportunity to practice medicine focused on prevention, wellness, and long-term patient relationships within a supportive, team-based environment.

What you'll do

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8–10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Compensation and benefits

• Starts at $200K per year, increasing to $350K per year with a full patient panel
