Location: Richmond, VA | Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, outpatient only, on call rotation | Compensation: $225k-$285k per year

Overview

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is growing its Richmond, VA team and seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to deliver relationship-based, outpatient primary care. This role offers the chance to practice medicine with a strong focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term patient relationships within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.

What you'll do

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8–10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience required
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness
