Overview

A well-established and expanding healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team. What you'll do

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (adults only for Internal Medicine; all ages for Family Medicine)
• See approximately 15-30 clinic patients per day
• Participate in a 1:10 call rotation
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma)
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists

Required qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible, with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license
