What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies
Required qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
