Location: Levittown, NY | Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, no call, on-site | Compensation: $250K-$400K per year

A well-established, physician-led medical group with multiple locations across Long Island is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its 100% outpatient practice. What you'll do

• Serve as a key clinical provider delivering high-quality patient care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
• Order and interpret lab results and other diagnostic tests
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the EMR system
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines
• Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Contribute to developing a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth goals

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active or eligible board certification in Family Medicine
• Licensed in New York State (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, patient-centered approach to care
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus
