Location: Centerburg, OH | Schedule: full time, on-site | Compensation: $29hr-$40hr, plus applicable shift differentials

Overview

An acute care, not-for-profit hospital with under 100 beds, located northeast of Columbus, Ohio, is expanding its nursing team across several departments. What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing services in the treatment and care of assigned patients in accordance with physicians' orders
• Assess patient condition, provide treatments, administer prescribed drugs, and document progress and other observations
• Coordinate nursing care for patients and participate in patient and family teaching
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with physicians, ancillary nursing, and other patient care team personnel to maintain standards
• Assume accountability for quality patient outcomes
• Provide general nursing care to patients

Required qualifications

• Must be an RN licensed with the state of Ohio
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• One (1) year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation and benefits

• Positions are full time and available in MedSurg (Nights, 7pm-7:30am, w/ rotating weekends and holidays) with a sign-on bonus of 20K for a 2 year contract
• RN Emergency Department (Nights, 7pm-7:30am, or Afternoons, 1pm-1:30am, w/ rotating weekends and holidays) with a sign-on bonus of 20K for a 2 year contract
• RN ICU (Nights, 7pm-7:30am, w/ rotating weekends and holidays) with a sign-on bonus of 20K for a 2 year contract
• RN Progressive Care Unit (PCU) (Nights, 7pm-7:30am, w/ rotating weekends and holidays) with a sign-on bonus of 20K for a 2 year contract
• Pay range of $29hr-$40hr, plus applicable shift differentials
• Full benefit package, including a possible sign-on bonus for certain positions
