Overview
A nationally-recognized law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its Life Sciences Corporate Practice Group. This is an opportunity to advise on high-profile corporate transactions for clients in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors across the U.S. and globally.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
- Support public company work and registered equity offerings
- Assist with SEC reporting requirements
- Work on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions
- Provide corporate counsel to life sciences, healthcare, and technology sector clients
Required qualifications
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
- 2-4 years of substantive experience handling corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions
Preferred qualifications
- Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred
