Overview
A home health care provider is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver in-home rehabilitative care to patients in the Greenwich community. What you'll do
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and lifestyle changes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Required qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Connecticut
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Preferred qualifications
- Home health experience is a plus
