Location: Menomonee Falls, WI | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, weekend night shift (FRI-SUN 6pm - 6am, 12 hour shifts with paid lunch)
Overview
An established, stable precision manufacturer is entering a significant period of growth and expanding its manufacturing operations across multiple machining areas, skill levels, and schedules. This role is part of a high-volume automated CNC machining operation and is well suited to someone who enjoys combining CNC machining, automation, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem solving.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor automated CNC machining cells
- Work with CNC equipment, automation, and related material-handling systems
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Inspect parts and verify quality throughout production
- Read prints, work instructions, and production documentation
- Help keep automated equipment running safely, efficiently, and consistently
Required qualifications
- Experience with CNC machining, automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, machine troubleshooting, tooling, inspection, or related high-volume machining environments
