Overview
A highly regarded hospital in a picturesque rural area of east central Ohio, close to urban amenities, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join its respiratory care team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care while growing professionally within a supportive healthcare environment.
What you'll do
- Deliver patient care and perform diagnostic testing according to professional practice standards, supporting various healthcare system divisions
- Review existing clinical data and collect additional pertinent clinical data as needed
- Evaluate all data to determine the appropriateness of the prescribed respiratory care plan and participate in its development
- Report to the department Manager
- Collaborate with a team of about 40 respiratory care professionals serving the east central Ohio community
Required qualifications
- Graduate of a respiratory program recognized by J.R.C.R.T./CoARC
- Current RRT or CRT certification in Ohio
Compensation and benefits
- Compensation ranges from $23.48/hr to $38.90/hr depending on experience and certification level
