Overview
A global manufacturing leader with an excellent reputation operates a state-of-the-art facility and is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of electronic components. This role plays a key part in delivering reliable hardware solutions and working directly with customers and vendors.
What you'll do
- Provide electrical design, development, and testing of parts
- Review and create schematics and PCB layouts
- Debug hardware and software
- Perform PCB rework, soldering, and component replacement
- Create scripts for firmware and test equipment automation
- Interact with customers and vendors
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience (co-op and internships considered)
- Experience with Mentor Graphics PADS, OrCAD, Altium, or similar tools
- Experience using test tools (meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Ability to relocate near the Endwell, NY area
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with C, C#, FPGA, or Python is ideal
