Overview

A growing home infusion and specialty pharmacy company is opening a new location in the Seattle, WA area and is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Sales Representative. In this role, you will expand business opportunities and drive revenue by educating physician specialists, medical group practices, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals on specialty pharmacy products. This position reports directly to the Director of Specialty Sales and works closely with internal operations teams to support company growth.

What you'll do

• Drive sales with a focus on disease states, market segments, and therapeutic classes including IVIG, Biologics, and Alpha 1
• Maintain strong customer relationships with all targeted clients
• Cultivate new referral sources through prospecting and cold calling
• Implement creative promotional sales campaigns and targeted marketing plans to increase brand visibility
• Develop collaborative working relationships with pharmaceutical counterparts across relevant therapeutic classes
• Collaborate regularly with internal operations personnel to ensure smooth information flow between clients, accounts, and the pharmacy
• Execute sales and marketing plans and strategies with attention to detail and timely follow-up
• Cover the Seattle area including First Hill, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Everett, Woodinville, and surrounding locations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university (LPNs, Nurse Practitioners, RNs, PAs, and Pharmacists also welcome to apply)
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to successfully execute project goals
• Strong team player mentality
• 2-4 years of Specialty Sales / Home Infusion Pharmacy experience
• A proven sales track record indicating accomplishments and success
• An active book of business for Specialty Pharmacy Sales
