A well-established CPA firm is expanding into the Phoenix area and seeks a skilled Audit Manager to join its growing office. This is a ground-floor opportunity within a new expansion office, ideal for an Audit Manager aiming to advance toward Partner, with a strong emphasis on work/life balance and career growth.
What you'll do
- Manage audit engagements for clients in manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries
- Oversee audit teams and ensure quality, timely delivery of engagements
- Support the firm's growth strategy as it establishes its presence in the Phoenix market
Required qualifications
- BS Degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of experience in audit within a CPA firm
- Active CPA license
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with a Big 4 or larger regional accounting firm preferred
