Overview
An established manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead New Product Development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers
- Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release
- Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews
- Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition
- Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of product development engineering experience with strong hands-on prototyping skills
- Leadership or technical mentorship experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred
Compensation and benefits
- $90,000-$125,000
