Location: Batavia, NY (Western New York – Wyoming, Livingston, Genesee & Orleans Counties) | Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time, Monday–Friday daytime, on-site/itinerant with possible hybrid/facility-based options | Compensation: $65–$80 per hour (fee-for-service)

Overview

A well-established early intervention and preschool services organization in Western New York is growing its clinical team to meet urgent demand for pediatric speech-language services. This is an opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist—whether experienced or a Clinical Fellow—to help infants, toddlers, and preschoolers achieve critical developmental milestones through direct, itinerant therapy across homes, daycares, preschools, and clinic settings.

What you'll do

• Provide itinerant speech-language therapy to children from birth through age 5
• Deliver services in a variety of settings including homes, daycares, preschools, and clinics
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educational and clinical specialists
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to support each child's communication development
• Maintain a manageable, localized caseload within an assigned territory

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
• Certification as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)

Preferred qualifications

• ASHA CCCs preferred
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
