Overview

A growing organization in the home health and hospice space is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative with strong marketing acumen to help expand its presence in the local market. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can identify business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and support brand-building initiatives that drive growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Track and report on sales performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Recent home health or hospice sales experience in the area
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
• Knowledge of corporate business management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Demonstrated autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required
