Overview
A large, well-established law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Construction Litigation Practice Group in Orlando. The associate will work closely with two Board Certified Construction partners who represent a wide variety of clients in complex, large-dollar construction disputes. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic litigation practice with significant responsibility, client interaction, and trial experience.
What you'll do
- Handle complex, large-dollar construction litigation matters
- Cover hearings and depositions independently
- Work closely with Board Certified Construction partners on client matters
- Collaborate within a team-oriented litigation practice
- Build client relationships and gain courtroom and trial experience
Required qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of litigation experience
- Member of the Florida Bar
- Relevant complex litigation experience
- Strong organizational skills and diligence
- Comfortable and confident in court settings
- Willingness to work in-office

- Top academic credentials
- Excellent litigation skills
- Litigation experience with a focus on construction matters
