Overview
A school-based education organization is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join its collaborative team in Bonifay, FL. This role supports students in a resource-rich school environment focused on helping every child reach their full academic and personal potential. What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to identify individual student needs
- Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learning styles
- Partner closely with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate communication goals into the classroom
- Monitor, document, and track student progress, adapting strategies to ensure continuous improvement
- Actively participate in IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational plans and accommodations
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, an adaptable approach, and a passion for student advocacy
Preferred qualifications
- CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs welcome to apply)
- Prior experience in a pediatric or school setting is a strong plus
