Overview
A leading healthcare organization in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, NP/PA) to join a collaborative orthopedic team. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity offers the chance to work closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff while providing comprehensive care in both clinic and surgical settings.
What you'll do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide pre- and post-operative care and assist with surgical procedures when applicable
- Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on recovery and prevention
- Perform procedures including joint injections, splinting, and casting
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support high-quality patient outcomes
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current state licensure, national certification, and DEA license or eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications
- Orthopedic, fracture care, or musculoskeletal experience preferred

- Compensation: $115,000–$135,000 annually
