Location: La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon) | Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent, Four 10-Hour Days, Day Shift | Compensation: $280K - $300K+ per year
Overview
A growing Critical Access Hospital in rural Eastern Oregon is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join its high-functioning Urgent Care team. What you'll do
- Provide high-quality care to patients of all ages for non-emergent illnesses and injuries
- Perform standard UC procedures, including suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and foreign body removal
- Utilize on-site state-of-the-art equipment to interpret X-rays and EKGs for rapid patient disposition
- Work alongside a dedicated team of nurses, techs, and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Serve as a vital access point for healthcare in a rural community, ensuring patients receive timely treatment without the ER wait
Required qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school
- BC/BE in Family Medicine (FM), Emergency Medicine (EM), or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Active, unrestricted State Medical License
- Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment
Compensation and benefits
- Very competitive, total compensation opportunity ($300k+)
- Annual quality incentives up to $45k
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Commencement bonus of $30,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
